I recently stayed for three nights on a business trip at a well-appointed hotel, and I must say, it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with super comfortable beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. I loved the generous breakfast options and the variety of choices. The staff were welcoming and professional, especially at the front desk, making me feel like a valued guest.
I can just recommend this hotel.

I had a decent stay with plenty of good points! The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was pretty impressive with a good variety, and the staff in the restaurant were genuinely friendly and attentive. Plus, I loved the touch of complimentary Saudi coffee and dates—definitely a good local flavor!
There were several issues that made my experience less than perfect. The front desk staff seemed to lack customer service skills, with some pretty rude interactions. My room faced a noisy main road, which made it hard to sleep. housekeeping wasn’t consistent; they forgot to clean my room one day, and there were maintenance issues that took multiple calls to address. I think the hotel needs to improve in these areas.
